Georgina Fox
(She/Her/Hers)
Georgina is a 2200 hour RMT graduate of Mount Royal University. She also holds a BSc in General Science with a focus in Biology which gives her a comprehensive knowledge of the human body.
She grew up in Calgary and would never imagine calling anywhere else home. Something about the mountains just always calls her back, even though she doesn’t like hiking. Growing up she was a competitive Irish dancer and had the opportunity to travel to many different places. With dancing, she learned to love and appreciate movement which led her to a science degree. After working as a conservation biologist with the prairie dogs in Saskatchewan for a couple of years, she felt a pull to move into a field where she could work with and help people get back to feeling their best, and found her way into massage therapy.
With her work in conservation and having been a competitive dancer, she understands the need for correct body mechanics and strives to help people meet their ultimate potential. She is also a strong believer that ‘you know your own body best’ so she likes to work with clients to put treatment plans together that align with their individual goals.
In her spare time, you can usually find her curled up reading a book, going on coffee adventures with friends and family, traveling to new (or old favourite) places, or teaching a spin class!
